At Ooni USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your Ooni oven or accessories in the original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
